1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or new collection drops), processing may take an extra 2–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information when your order ships.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
We occasionally offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above $100 — please check our homepage or cart page for current promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
If an address error results in a failed delivery, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal office.

  • Wait 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery date (or expected delivery date).

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Preorders or Custom Items

Items labeled as preorder, made-to-order, or custom may have longer processing times.
Estimated shipping windows will be noted on each product page.
