Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags, lace, and protective nets are still attached.

The product is not altered, styled, or damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been tried on, worn, or show signs of use — including wigs, hairpieces, extensions, and beauty accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs or extensions that have been cut, brushed, or altered

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
-
Custom-made or special-order items
3. Return Process

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address.

Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Please do not send items back without authorization — they will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or card statement again

Contact your payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
