If you believe that your copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property has been used on our website without authorization, please follow the instructions below to submit a claim.

1. Reporting an Intellectual Property Violation

To help us review your claim promptly, your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), and contact information.

  3. The exact URL(s) or product link(s) on miniwigs.com where the alleged infringement appears.

  4. A statement confirming that you own the rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable if submitted by email).

2. Review Process

Once we receive your notice, we will:

  • Review and verify the information provided.

  • Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content if appropriate.

  • Notify the affected seller or content owner and provide them with your contact information to respond.

If we determine that the report is invalid or incomplete, we may request additional documentation before taking action.

3. Counter Notification

If your content or product was removed and you believe this was done in error, you may file a counter-notification to [email protected] including:

  • Your full name, address, and contact information.

  • Identification of the removed content (with URLs or product IDs).

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material.

  • Your electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant notifies us of a legal action.

4. Misuse of the Claims Process

Submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability under applicable law (for example, Section 512(f) of the U.S. DMCA).
Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
