4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.
Wigs or extensions that have been worn, cut, styled, or brushed are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos.
We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product or color, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Are your wigs heat resistant?

Yes — most MiniWigs products are made with heat-safe synthetic fibers, suitable for low to medium styling temperatures.

10. How do I care for my wig?

  • Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush

  • Wash gently in cool water with mild shampoo

  • Let it air dry naturally (never wring or twist)

  • Store on a wig stand to maintain shape

Proper care will keep your wig soft and beautiful longer.
